Canada has been sterio-typed as a “Free” and “Equal” country for years; this isn’t true.

The Charter of Rights and Freedoms was signed into law by Queen Elizabeth II of Canada on April 17, 1982. Section (2) of Canada’s Charter cites “Freedom of Expression” Freedom of Expression isn’t really free; our freedom of expression is unrealistic by the governments ability to pass laws to inhibit freedom on the grounds of “Reasonable Limits* This is concerning when you have a left-leaning government that takes offense to factual evidence and Flirting.

Bill (C-16) is a good example of this; LGBTQ is protected against descrimination and propaganda. This is all great, the issue is that Canadian Citizens have to worry about commenting on someones appearance or using improper pronouns when interacting with others which is a large burden when it comes to free speech.
